His time on Bake Off was a standout success, Adam captivated audiences with his humour and creative bakes while impressing the judges, earning Star Baker twice and securing five Technical Bake wins on his way to the Grand Finale.

Since then, Adam has combined his baking and creative skills to spread the joy of food and connection.

Since Bake Off, Adam has created three seasons of his interview podcast Bakeology, featuring incredible local and international guests including Rachel Khoo, Emelia Jackson, Natalie Paull, and Emiko Davies.
