Best known for Channel Seven’s Great Day Out and Network 10’s Ready Steady Cook, Alastair has cooked his way through Michelin-recognised kitchens across Europe, led some of Brisbane’s most celebrated restaurants and launched his own catering venture, Al’FreshCo.

A familiar face at Australia’s biggest food festivals and corporate events, Alastair is as comfortable behind the stove as he is behind a microphone. With a rich cultural heritage spanning Belfast, far north Queensland and the Torres Strait, he brings a world of flavour, stories and personality to everything he does.
